Delete your Pack'n'Camp account

You can delete your Pack'n'Camp account in the app at any time. If you can no longer use the app, you can contact us for help.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Pack'n'Camp and sign in.
  2. Open the menu (⋮) and choose ACCOUNT.
  3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
  4. To also remove the Pack'n'Camp data stored on your phone, select DELETE DATA STORED ON THIS DEVICE TOO.
  5. Confirm with DELETE ACCOUNT.

When you confirm, the app deletes your account and the cloud information described below. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Contact info@packncamp.com for assistance with an account deletion request.

Sending an email does not by itself delete an account. We may need to confirm that you own the account before we can help with your request.

We aim to complete eligible account deletion requests within 30 days. This target does not override the exceptions described below.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your authentication account, account profile, cloud records associated with camps you own, and other eligible account-related cloud information.

What may remain

  • Usernames previously associated with your account remain permanently reserved, so they cannot be given to anyone else.
  • Notes, invitations or participant names that you added to Shared Camps owned by other people may remain in those camps. They are no longer linked to your account, but their text or names may still identify you.
  • Information in operational backups, or records that must be retained for applicable legal or security reasons, may remain for a limited period.

Data on your device

Your camping records and photos are stored on your device. In the app, you can choose to delete them together with your account. If you can no longer open the app, uninstalling Pack'n'Camp removes its data from your device.

Exported .pnc backup files are not removed automatically. Delete them yourself if you no longer need them.
